This hacksaw - inspired by a historic Lancashire pattern saw - is forged to shape and then filed to finished from mild steel. The combination of work hardening and proper geometry allows for excellent blade tension. It is fashioned with a turned mahogany handle, brass ferrule, and brass washer behind the wing nut. There are two fo these saws available.
